Ecommerce growth studio · Cairo, Egypt
We build stores
that sell, then
make them sell more.
Klick is a full-stack growth team for ecommerce brands. We design and develop the Shopify storefront, run the paid media behind it, test our way to a better conversion rate, and keep customers coming back through CRM.
Services
Seven practices,
one revenue engine.
Most brands start with a store rebuild or a media audit. Within a quarter the practices start feeding each other — creative learns from tests, CRM learns from media, the store learns from both.
StorefrontShopify & ecommerce development
Shopify & ecommerce development
Custom themes built from scratch on Shopify and Shopify Plus — not a marketplace theme with your logo dropped in. We handle migrations from WooCommerce, Magento and Salla, headless builds when the catalogue justifies it, subscription and bundle logic, multi-currency, and Arabic/English storefronts with proper RTL.
Typical build: 5–8 weeks from kickoff to launch, including data migration and a 30-day post-launch stabilisation window.
ConversionCRO and experimentation
CRO and experimentation
A running experimentation programme, not a one-off audit. We start with heuristic analysis, session replay and funnel data to build a prioritised backlog, then ship tests continuously against the pages that carry the most revenue: collection, product, cart and checkout.
Every test gets a documented hypothesis, a pre-calculated minimum detectable effect, and a written readout — win, loss or flat.
AcquisitionPaid advertising
Paid advertising
Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat, run as one budget rather than four dashboards. Account structure built for clean learning, creative testing on a weekly cadence, and reporting that ties back to contribution margin instead of platform-reported ROAS.
We work alongside in-house teams as often as we replace them — audits and enablement are available as standalone engagements.
RetentionCRM, email and lifecycle
CRM, email and lifecycle
The flows that make the second purchase cheaper than the first. We build segmentation from real purchase behaviour, then run the automations and the campaign calendar on top of it — in Arabic and English where the audience is mixed.
Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Shopify Email supported; WhatsApp and SMS where the market responds better to them.
AudienceSocial media management
Social media management
Channel strategy, monthly content calendars, community management and creator partnerships — built to feed the ad account. Formats that perform organically become paid creative, and paid winners come back as organic series.
Arabic-first or English-first depending on where your buyers actually are.
IdentityBrand and design
Brand and design
Positioning, identity systems and the design language that carries across storefront, packaging and feed. We design for the places the brand actually lives — a 1080×1350 frame and a 390px product page, not a poster on a wall.
Bilingual type systems included: Arabic and Latin pairings that hold up at every size.
ContentPhoto and video production
Photo and video production
In-house studio in Cairo for product, lifestyle and performance content. One shoot day is planned to produce a full month of assets: hero imagery for the store, statics for the feed, and vertical variants cut specifically for paid testing.
Concepting happens alongside the media team, so every asset maps to a hypothesis we intend to test.
How we work
Four stages,
repeated every quarter.
The first cycle takes about 90 days. After that the loop keeps running — diagnose, build, test, scale — with the backlog reprioritised every month.
Diagnose
Analytics audit, funnel teardown, session replays, ad account review and customer interviews. You get a written diagnosis naming the three constraints holding revenue back.
Build
Storefront work, tracking rebuild, creative production and CRM foundations — whatever the diagnosis says comes first. Shipped in weekly increments, not one big reveal.
Test
Experiments run against the highest-traffic templates while media tests creative angles. Wins get documented and rolled out; losses get written up so we stop repeating them.
Scale
Budget follows contribution margin, winning creative gets produced in volume, and retention picks up the customers acquisition brings in. Reviewed live every month.
Selected work
Engagements we can
talk about publicly.
Names changed where NDAs apply. Numbers come from the client's own analytics, measured against a pre-engagement baseline.
Replatformed to Shopify Plus with a bilingual storefront
Arabic-first RTL build, COD flow rebuilt, and fourteen tests on the product page in the first quarter.
Rebuilt the ad account around three creative angles
One studio day per month replaced a fragmented freelance pipeline.
Cart and checkout programme, nineteen tests in six months
Shipping cost surfaced earlier, COD trust signals added, size guidance moved above the fold.
Subscription retention built on RFM segmentation
Klaviyo rebuild plus WhatsApp flows for a market that doesn't open email.
Identity, storefront and launch campaign in nine weeks
From naming to a live Shopify store with a full asset library on day one.
Landing page system for seasonal campaigns
Six modular templates the in-house team now assembles alone.
Where we're strongest
Categories we know
from the inside.
We're deliberately not generalists. These are the categories where we already know the margins, the objections and the seasonality.
Beauty & skincare
High repeat potential, heavy claim scrutiny, and creative that lives or dies on before/after credibility.
- Ingredient-led product pages
- Subscription and refill logic
- Regulated claim handling
Fashion & modest wear
Size confidence and return rates decide profitability more than the ad account does.
- Fit guidance and size tools
- Lookbook and drop mechanics
- Return-rate reduction tests
Food, coffee & supplements
Consumables reward retention work. Most of our CRM case studies come from here.
- Subscription onboarding
- Replenishment timing
- Bundle economics
Home & furniture
Long consideration windows, high order values, and a real need for content that answers questions before checkout.
- Considered-purchase funnels
- Room and set merchandising
- Financing and COD flows
Electronics & accessories
Price-comparison heavy. Wins come from spec clarity, warranty framing and feed quality.
- Feed and Shopping optimisation
- Comparison modules
- Warranty and trust content
Local & regional retail
Brands moving from Instagram DMs to a real storefront. We've run this transition dozens of times.
- DM-to-store migration
- COD operations setup
- First paid media structure

Client voices
What working
with us is like.
We ask every client for an honest line at the end of the first quarter. These are theirs.
They rebuilt our store in six weeks and then spent the next six months proving the rebuild was right. The monthly readouts changed how our whole team argues about the site.
We came in expecting a media agency and got a team that pushed back on our product page before touching the budget. Cost per purchase dropped because the page finally worked.
The shoot day plus testing loop is the part nobody else offered. One production day, forty assets, and we know within two weeks which ones deserve budget.
The studio
Built in Cairo.
Working across
three regions.
Klick started in 2019 as two people building Shopify stores for local brands that had outgrown Instagram. Seven years later we're a team of 24 in Cairo — developers, media buyers, analysts, designers and a production crew sharing one floor.
Being in Egypt is a practical advantage for our clients, not a footnote. Our developers and our photographers sit in the same room, so a hypothesis on Monday can be a shot asset on Wednesday and live creative on Friday. We work in Arabic and English natively, we understand cash-on-delivery markets because we've operated in them for years, and our cost structure means European and Gulf brands get a senior team instead of a junior one.
We keep the roster small on purpose. Every client gets a named strategist, a weekly call, and a shared dashboard that doesn't require a meeting to read.

Questions
Answered before
you have to ask.
If something isn't here, send it over. We answer scoping questions in writing before any call.
How quickly do we see results?
Media and CRM changes usually show inside four to six weeks. Storefront and CRO work compounds more slowly — the first meaningful conversion rate movement typically lands in month two or three, once enough tests have run to be confident the wins are real rather than noise.
Do you work with brands outside Egypt?
Most of our revenue comes from the Gulf and Europe. We run on the client's working hours, report in their currency, and have handled VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing and EU compliance requirements on builds before.
Can you work alongside our in-house team?
Frequently. Some clients use us purely as their development and production arm while running media internally; others hand over media and keep design in-house. We'll take whichever part of the engine you don't want to own.
Who owns the assets and accounts?
You do, from day one. Ad accounts, pixels, Shopify, Klaviyo, raw production files and design source files all sit in your ownership. If we part ways, nothing needs migrating.
What's the minimum ad budget you'll manage?
Around $8,000 a month in media spend. Below that, testing takes too long to reach significance and you're better served by our diagnostic plus enablement for your own team.
Do you build on platforms other than Shopify?
We maintain WooCommerce and Salla stores for existing clients, and we've built custom headless frontends. For new builds we recommend Shopify or Shopify Plus, because it's where our team is fastest and where the app ecosystem saves you money.
What does a production day actually include?
A half or full day in our Sheikh Zayed studio covering product, lifestyle and vertical video. Concepts are agreed a week ahead against specific test hypotheses. Typical output is 30–50 finished assets, retouched and cut to platform specs within five working days.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Retainers run on a three-month initial term, then month to month with 30 days' notice. The first three months exist so the testing programme has time to produce something worth judging.
